This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. Your unique contribution

Key purpose

The Senior Revenue Growth Analyst supports the Global Travel Retail organisation and Regional Hubs by delivering high-quality revenue growth analytics and insights across pricing, trade terms, customer performance and innovation.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Growth Management, the role partners closely with Regional Hubs, Central Marketing and Finance teams to inform decision-making, support planning cycles and strengthen RGM capabilities across GTR.

Key responsibilities

Price Impact & Pricing Performance

  • Lead the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful price effect analyses on a quarterly and Rolling Forecast basis with strong collaboration with Regional Hubs.
  • Enhance and maintain price effect dashboards in collaboration with Tech, FP&A and Regional Hub teams.
  • Clearly highlight pricing risks, opportunities and key drivers to support decision-making and landing forecasts.          

Customer Pricing & Margin Analysis

  • Lead customer/retailer pricing and margin studies by product/ by channel, identifying synergies and best practices across regions.
  • Translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for RGM and leadership teams.

Trade Terms Harmonisation

  • Contribute to the LEAP G2N workstream (Pernod Ricard Global ERP project, Sales reductions stream), supporting the mapping, review and consolidation of trade terms across GTR Regional Hubs.
  • Drive clarification and harmonisation of trade terms across regions to support governance and future optimisation.

Central Marketing & NPD Financial Support

  • Support Central Marketing and Regional Hubs on New Product Development (NPD) from a financial and RGM perspective, including:
    • Business cases
    • RRSP (recommended retail selling price) setting
    • Preliminary profitability assessments
  • Deliver post-launch performance tracking versus business cases and KPIs for key launches.
  • Support Shelf-price positioning studies and savings versus Domestic Markets, in close collaboration with Regional Hubs and Central Marketing.

Your blend of talent

This position could be right for you if you have:

  • A university degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field
  • Prior experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Revenue Growth Management
  • Experience in FMCG, Spirits, Retail or Travel Retail
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial and RGM KPIs
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets, simplify complexity, challenge status quo
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • A proactive, curious and delivery-focused mindset, comfortable working in an international environment
  • Proficient with MS Office tools/Power BI/ XLCube with mastery in Excel
  • Experience working with PBI dashboards, standardised templates and reporting frameworks
