Position Description:

A Relationship Manager at SEI is responsible for growing SEI's business through client service excellence. 
Our purpose is to implement and maintain a client experience that attracts and retains clients. You will join a 
high performing, empowered team within a high growth area of SEI. The role is strategic in nature and requires 
sophisticated skills to navigate the organisation internally in addition to building and maintain quality 
relationships with clients and other external stakeholders. The candidate will be ambitious, driven, comfortable 
being accountable to specific targets and have excellent communication skills – written, verbal and executive. 
The candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of Alternative clients.

What you’ll do:
• Lead and coordinate a firm-wide approach to strategic client management 
o Implement institutional-grade client governance framework, including efficient and effective 
meetings, KPIs and action trackers 
o Measure and be accountable to client satisfaction goals 
o Drive client service excellence efforts across the organisation 
o Provide thought leadership to clients by staying current with market trends and competitor intel 
• Strategic account planning - create and present annual account plan to senior management that has 
clear path to wallet share expansion 
• Represent the voice of the client to all internal SEI stakeholders and act as the trusted voice of SEI to the 
client 
• Lead commercial discussions and profitability action plans 
• Point of escalation for clients and internal teams 
• Support sales in new business generation & deal closing efforts 
• Product solutions – feed the product pipeline and stay ahead of client needs to identify potential future 
revenue streams to meet market needs 
• Third party relationship management to enhance SEI’s brand awareness with strategic partners 
• Cultivate excellent working relationships with Operations Management

What you bring to the table:
• At least 10 years’ experience in Alternatives funds. Some experience in private markets is preferable 
• Have a strong knowledge of Alternative fund structures, various Fund domiciles and regulatory 
requirements
• A track record in cross selling and wallet share expansion 
• Experience in Alternatives Operations is an advantage 
• Quality driven in everything you do – attention to detail and the highest level in oral, written 
communication and presentation skills 
• Strong data management skills 
• A curious mindset and ability to execute change
