Two-year Investment Operations apprenticeship completing a Level 3 Technician qualification. Rotate across SEI Operations teams, earn the CISI Investment Operations Certificate in year one, receive full training, mentorship, and regular feedback, and perform operational tasks supporting the SEI Wealth Platform with six hours/week off-the-job training.

Develop stock selection signals, maintain models, research factors, enhance infrastructure, and assist in portfolio management while communicating findings.

Support SEI Wealth Platform sales in the UK by running technical demos, conducting discovery, responding to RFPs, building client relationships, and translating market requirements to product and solutions teams. Act as a client-facing subject-matter expert across front- and back-office wealth management processes to convert prospects into platform clients.

Lead strategic client management for a portfolio of Alternatives clients, drive client satisfaction and wallet-share expansion, coordinate firm-wide service governance, support sales and product pipeline, manage third-party and operations relationships, and act as escalation point for commercial and client service issues.

Support production, validation and reporting of monthly client portfolio performance and benchmark returns. Act as escalation point for offshore team, resolve complex exceptions, develop process improvements using Excel/VBA/SQL/Power BI, act as subject matter expert on performance, attribution and benchmarks, support projects and testing of performance technology upgrades, and maintain client and internal stakeholder relationships.
