About Nerdio

At Nerdio, our mission is to simplify the lives of IT professionals and maximize their Microsoft cloud and end user computing investments.

We support organizations of all sizes looking to deploy, manage, and cost-optimize native Microsoft technologies. We partner with Enterprises and Managed Service Providers all over the world to add value on top of their existing native Microsoft investments like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.

Created in 2016, Nerdio has always taken a market-leading and collaborative approach to cloud deployment and management. In fact, our product roadmap is greatly influenced by the regular feedback we receive from having seen companies deploy AVD into production environments several thousand times using Nerdio technology.

Today, Nerdio is used in over 50 countries by more than 15,000 organizations of every size and vertical. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and support, which starts with identifying and supporting the best staff possible.

We are a fast-moving, nimble company looking for individuals who are collaborative, empathetic, driven and who love to move at the speed of light. If you want to be part of the AVD transformation that Microsoft and Nerdio are leading, then we want to speak with you.

About the role

As a Senior Recruiter at Nerdio, you will be a strategic talent partner to leaders across EMEA and APAC, helping us hire the people who will drive our next phase of growth. Working 100% remotely from the UK as part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you will own full life cycle recruiting for every line of business in the region, from senior leadership, sales and sales engineering to product, technical support, marketing and beyond.

You will build trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, act as their go-to advisor on talent strategy and local market dynamics, and build proactive talent pipelines so we are ready for the roles of tomorrow, not just the roles open today. This is a full-time role for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced tech environments, brings excellent sourcing skills and strong communication, and enjoys working across cultures and time zones. You will represent the Nerdio brand, culture and values throughout the hiring process.

What you’ll do

  • Own full life cycle recruiting across EMEA and APAC for all lines of business, including leadership, sales, sales engineering, product, technical support, marketing and other functions, from intake through to offer and onboarding handover.
  • Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders: shape hiring plans, define role requirements, and advise on market insights, compensation benchmarks, recruiting best practices and realistic timelines.
  • Build a deep understanding of the EMEA and APAC talent markets, including talent supply, salary expectations, local hiring practices and language needs, and turn that insight into tailored, country-specific search strategies.
  • Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for current and future roles, engaging passive candidates, talent communities, networks and referrals well ahead of demand.
  • Lead creative, high-quality sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean and market mapping, direct outreach, events, communities and referral programs.
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience and alignment with Nerdio’s culture and mission, and partner with hiring teams to run structured, consistent and inclusive interview processes.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather and share feedback, and guide hiring teams through evaluation and decision-making.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first outreach to offer and beyond, and manage offers and negotiations in partnership with the People team, in line with local requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, and share pipeline health, funnel metrics and hiring progress with stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve our recruiting processes, tools and documentation, share best practices, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People colleagues across regions, including the US.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 7+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in-house in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions, including go-to-market (sales, sales engineering, marketing), technical support and product. Experience hiring senior leaders is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across EMEA and/or APAC, with a solid understanding of regional talent markets, hiring practices and cultural differences.
  • Excellent sourcing skills and a track record of building proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and passive talent.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders and to act as a trusted, strategic Talent Acquisition advisor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations across cultures and time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple searches at once and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g. HRIS, ATS)
  • (Plus) Experience recruiting for roles related to:
    • Cloud computing / Azure / Microsoft ecosystem
    • Sales engineering or technical support
    • Go-to-market teams in SaaS
  • (Plus) Fluency in an additional EMEA or APAC language.
  • Adaptability, a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, and flexibility to work across time zones to support colleagues in EMEA, APAC and the US.
