Provide client-facing technical support for Nerdio’s Microsoft cloud platform. Support Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Intune, Azure infrastructure, identity, networking, and Windows environments. Guide customers through deployments, troubleshoot incidents, document resolutions, communicate with technical stakeholders, and collaborate with engineering and product teams on complex issues. The role works Tuesday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM GMT, and is limited to candidates in the UK, Serbia, Germany, or the Netherlands.

Create clear, user-friendly, and localizable documentation for VDI management tools across the software lifecycle. Produce and source-manage XML structured content, collaborate with designers and engineers, support localization and publishing, and use AI tools and scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) to automate documentation processes.

Work with global sales teams and Microsoft to identify and qualify AVD opportunities. Prospect inbound and outbound, use sales engagement tools and CRM, hit quarterly quotas, deliver product presentations, use partnership-selling to build pipeline, coordinate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery, and stay current on product and industry trends.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to create user-centered B2B SaaS interfaces. Produce wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, maintain UI component libraries and design systems, support accessibility and usability, participate in user research and testing, and use AI-assisted design tools to iterate on visual concepts.

Build pixel-accurate UI from Figma and Claude-generated templates using TypeScript/React, and contribute to C# backend services/APIs. Establish AI-native workflows with Claude, implement telemetry, troubleshoot full-stack issues, and improve tooling and maintainability.
