Work with global sales teams and Microsoft to identify and qualify AVD opportunities. Prospect inbound and outbound, use sales engagement tools and CRM, hit quarterly quotas, deliver product presentations, use partnership-selling to build pipeline, coordinate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery, and stay current on product and industry trends.

Provide first-line internal IT support for a globally distributed workforce: triage tickets, manage identity and access, administer endpoints via Intune, maintain Microsoft 365 services, support Nerdio/AVD environments, and contribute to IT operations, documentation, and projects.

Design and build an internal AI enablement platform and developer tooling. Implement Microsoft identity/authentication integrations, prototype and productionize LLM-driven workflows, use AI-assisted development (Claude), collaborate with execs and cross-functional teams, and ensure secure, observable, maintainable platform delivery.
