The Role:

Druva is looking for a senior recruiter based in London to lead our international recruiting efforts, primarily focused on expanding our sales presence across the region, with the bonus of a small number of engineering hires in Ireland.  As the sole recruiter, this person will play a critical role in building our regional talent in GTM (go-to-market), which includes sales, customer success, and marketing, as well as engineering. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a market-leading SaaS company while operating in one of our most strategic regions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring of the best talent - working with the regional HR lead and our hiring managers on talent strategy and organisational positioning. In addition, this person will own the entire candidate lifecycle, from creating a robust pipeline of prospective candidates and setting up the proper interview process to ensuring we are adequately assessing candidates to negotiating and closing offers. Our recruiting team has ambitious hiring goals and a well-defined roadmap to execute across our business functions. We aim to create a seamless and positive experience for our candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers with sound systems and tools. We’re looking for an experienced professional who loves recruiting and can work collaboratively and independently to join our team.

What You Will Do:

  • Be an ambassador for Druva. You'll share the Druva story, culture, and vision with prospective candidates and support with building our employer brand.
  •  Deliver an excellent candidate experience. We move fast here at Druva, and you'll deliver the end-to-end experience for our candidates, from application, screening, in-person interviews, and offers. We have a high bar for candidate experience and constantly look for ways to improve.
  • You'll find the best talent. You'll proactively source active and passive candidates and will constantly be looking for creative ways of discovering new talent with a primary focus on our EMEA and APAC Sales organization.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams. You'll work closely with the business units you support to understand their hiring plans, execute recruitment, and drive the recruiting process for each role.
  • Build a diverse pipeline of passive candidates utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to find suitable candidates.
  • Meet with hiring managers regularly, source talent, interview, and screen candidates discuss compensation and extend verbal and written offers.
  • Meet or exceed assigned quarterly/yearly hiring goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years of recruiting experience, focusing on hiring for sales roles in EMEA and APAC, preferably at SaaS companies.
  • Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the EMEA and APAC talent market and familiarity with regional hiring practices.
  • Candidate-Centric: Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences and fostering trust throughout the hiring process.
  • Results-driven: Skilled at filling roles quickly and effectively while maintaining a high bar for quality.
  • Collaborative: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering seamlessly with hiring managers and stakeholders across time zones.
  • Strategic: Ability to design and execute innovative hiring strategies that align with Druva’s growth goals.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and prioritizes and pivots as needed.
  • Organized: Solid time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) skills (extra points for Greenhouse) and other recruitment software
