We are looking for a driven and results focussed Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us grow and scale our teams across EMEA. You will have a strong background in hiring Go-To-Customer talent and be comfortable recruiting in volume and at speed with a high bar on quality. You will operate with ownership and accountability and be passionate about providing an exceptional experience to our candidates and stakeholders.
About the Team
We call ourselves People Strategy rather than traditional Human Resources, because we execute the business strategy of the company through the execution of a people plan that motivates, develops, and inspires our employees. Our employees are the lifeblood of the company, and our Talent Acquisition team diligently ensures we're attracting and hiring the best talent to drive impact to our customers, our company, and each other.
About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will provide the highest level of recruitment services across our open roles primarily in EMEA with occasional support to APJ. Your key areas of focus will be hiring for our 'go to customer' teams including Sales, Customer Success and Sales Engineering and you will also then be involved with Business Support type roles. You will need to deliver high quality candidates and advance our brand across the market and communities, whilst guiding hiring managers and candidates through the process. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience managing a full cycle desk and using creative sourcing methods to attract top talent to Rapid7.
In this role, you will:

  • Partner with hiring Managers to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies while managing expectations clearly
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the organization, implementing new processes and fine-tuning existing processes to deliver quality results for our customers
  • Focus on the quality of hire and ensure a fair and effective recruitment process while consistently providing an outstanding candidate experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of Rapid7 and our culture and use this to provide inspiring information to candidates
  • Accurate maintenance of our applicant tracking system, to ensure data integrity and allow you to tell the story of your search, progress and challenges
  • Proactive sharing of market insights to enable Hiring Managers to make the right hiring decisions, looking at talent availability and cost

The skills you'll bring include:

  • Previous experience in an end-to-end recruitment role within a high growth Technology company hiring Go to Customer talent. In-house experience would be advantageous, but we would also consider someone who is looking to move from agency into their 1st in-house role
  • The ability to source passive talent and get them engaged by creating a compelling pitch about Rapid7 and the opportunity, fully understanding the candidate's motivators
  • Ability to develop recruitment strategies while leveraging internal and external metrics and insights
  • Customer centric with excellent relationship building skills, partnering with stakeholders across multiple locations
  • Solution oriented able to think ahead to solve complex recruiting problems and challenges
  • Ability to work autonomously and think independently, knowing when to ask for support or input
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions and outcomes by building trust and credibility with Hiring Managers, Leadership, peers, and candidates
  • Strong sense of ownership, holds themself and others accountable to achieving high standards
  • Process and data orientated, understands the importance of data within a talent acquisition function
  • Solid communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

We know that the best ideas and solutions come from multi-dimensional teams. That's because these teams reflect a variety of backgrounds and professional experiences. If you are excited about this role and feel your experience can make an impact, please don't be shy - apply today.
