We seek a Senior Project Manager with experience in the health and education sector to lead Digital Product compliance projects. The ideal candidate will have strategic vision, multidisciplinary team management skills, and technical knowledge in agile methodologies, software product development, and budget management with related experience in the field of Digital Accessibility.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and supervise programs/projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.

  • Manage scope, risks, changes, and incidents during the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate and motivate the team, assign tasks, resolve conflicts, and evaluate performance.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Prepare regular reports on project status, results, and lessons learned.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Work with Executive Sponsors and Business Owners to achieve project objectives.

  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps and comprehensive plans.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on project status, including scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and deliver presentations on project status.

  • Adhere to project management methods, lifecycle methodologies, and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related areas.

  • 10+ years of project management experience.

  • Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).

  • 7+ years of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) experience.

  • Extensive budget management experience ($3M+).

  • Change Management experience.

  • 3+ years of Healthcare IT project management experience.

  • Proficiency with Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and other PM tools.

  • Knowledge of Lean, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.

  • Strong budget and financial knowledge.

  • Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills.

  • Availability to travel occasionally.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional project management certification (Six Sigma, etc.).

  • Master’s degree in project management, Social Innovation, or related areas.

  • Experience in international or multicultural projects.

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

  • Leadership skills, creativity, proactivity, and customer orientation.

  • Experience in healthcare or education organizations.

  • Advanced knowledge of current IT and AI technologies.

  • Practical knowledge of healthcare privacy and data.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Solid project management and delivery skills.

  • Technical skills with Atlassian and Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Ability to work well with all levels of stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of system configuration, testing, and Quality Assurance.

  • Integrity, credibility, and commitment to the corporate mission.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment.

  • Exemplary communication skills.

  • Experience resolving issues and mitigating project impacts.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.

  • Highly adaptable to changing organizational needs.
