Senior Project Manager – Projects & Development Services (PDS)

Location: London (with Occasional Western Europe travel)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our London PDS team, delivering work for a major global occupier client across the UK and Western Europe.

This is a standout role offering exposure to a high-profile, multi-national account, with responsibility for leading complex projects across London, the UK, and key European hubs including Paris and Brussels.

You’ll operate at the intersection of project delivery and strategic advisory, working directly with senior stakeholders and playing a key role in shaping workplace and portfolio decisions.

The Role
  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects across the UK and Western Europe

  • Act as a trusted advisor to a major global occupier, providing strategic input alongside delivery

  • Deliver a range of projects including CAT A and CAT B fit out, tenant alterations and refurbishments

  • Manage projects typically ranging from £1m to £70m+

  • Lead large-scale relocations, fit out programmes, and expansions across corporate portfolios

  • Drive programme, cost and risk management across multiple jurisdictions

  • Collaborate with cross-border teams and local delivery partners

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at a senior level

Key Projects & Exposure
  • Large-scale office fit out, relocations and expansions across the UK and Europe

  • Major London HQ fit out and relocation programmes

  • International delivery across key cities including Paris and Brussels

  • Mix of strategic advisory, programme management, and hands-on fit out delivery

About You
  • Proven experience delivering commercial office fit out projects within a consultancy or client-side environment

  • Strong background in CAT A / CAT B fit out, relocations and refurbishments

  • Experience managing multiple projects or programmes simultaneously

  • Comfortable operating across both delivery and strategic advisory

  • Experience working with large, complex clients or portfolios

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment

  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe (typically monthly)
