About the Role
SharkNinja is seeking a self motivated Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join the NPD group within the Engineering team. Acting as the "glue" across the organisation, you will align project direction, key decisions, and priorities across multiple business functions.
You will partner closely with Design Managers and Engineers, sharing responsibility for delivering new products to market. While engineering teams define how solutions are delivered, you will lead on what is delivered ensuring the right product is developed, at the right time, with full stakeholder alignment.
Together, you will be accountable for bringing best in class, 5 star products to market, ensuring global teams are aligned, timelines are met, and risks are clearly communicated and managed.
What You Will Do
  • Lead cross functional alignment on project direction, ensuring teams are working toward a shared product vision.
  • Own and drive project scope, ensuring the "what" is clearly defined and delivered.
  • Partner with Design Managers and Engineers to successfully deliver NPD products to market.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and retailer timelines are achieved.
  • Ensure global teams are kept up to date on project status, key risks, and critical decisions.
  • Facilitate communication across technical and non technical teams, translating complex challenges clearly.
  • Support technical discussions and contribute to problem solving where needed.
  • Present regularly to senior stakeholders, driving alignment and decision making.
  • Manage budgets and track project performance against key metrics.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships across engineering, commercial, and operational teams.

What You Will Bring
  • Engineering background with strong technical understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
  • 5+ years experience in project management or engineering roles, with a preference for project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, ideally within consumer goods or household appliances.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders (executive or board level desirable).
  • Ability to understand complex technical challenges and communicate them clearly to cross functional teams.
  • Experience in budget management desirable.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SolidWorks or Creo is a plus.
  • Hands on, proactive approach with strong problem solving skills.
  • Flexible, collaborative mindset with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
