We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of key strategic initiatives — from facilitating Agile ceremonies to ensuring successful deployment and stakeholder satisfaction. You’ll play a critical role in the implementation of key initiatives for our business, by effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading and coordinating teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions for the Fintech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full project lifecycle, from initiation through planning, execution, and delivery to closure.
- Lead and mentor teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Partner with Product Managers to prioritize and groom backlogs, aligning technical and business goals.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve team processes.
- Deliver clear, timely progress reports on roadmap, team performance, and milestones to all stakeholders.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks; maintain risk and issue logs and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with leads to manage product, technical, sprint, and issue backlogs.
- Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. establish and monitor quality processes.
- Enforce and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring deliverables meet business and technical standards.
- Oversee project documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Manage team capacity and resource planning, delegating responsibilities appropriately and ensuring workload balance.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices for project delivery.
- Support additional strategic initiatives and cross-team coordination as needed by management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT, Software Engineering, or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team mentoring abilities. - Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Experience in resource management, delegation, and team performance tracking.
- Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management practices.
- Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and change management processes.
- Skilled in decision-making, operational execution, and aligning frameworks with business goals.
Working Hours and Terms
Working Hours: from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. accordingly.
Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 working days).
Hybrid Schedule: 52 days per year, equivalent to one remote workday per week.
