  • Klipboard Ltd, formerly Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS), develops and delivers integrated business management solutions for distributors, suppliers, resellers, wholesalers and merchants. Our solutions help customers source effectively, manage stock efficiently, sell profitably and deliver competitive service.
  • The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex customer delivery engagements, ensuring projects are planned, governed and delivered in line with Klipboard methodology, commercial expectations and customer outcomes. Responsible for influencing project direction, shaping decisions and guiding outcomes through effective governance and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Key outcomes for this role include predictable project delivery, strong customer confidence, accurate financial and status reporting, effective risk and issue management, and the ongoing development of project delivery capability across the team.
  • Champion the use of AI and automation to streamline project administration, enhance reporting insight, improve governance compliance and support more efficient delivery across the Project Management Office.
  • Influence project direction and outcomes by providing clear leadership, constructive challenge, evidence-based recommendations and timely escalation to support informed decision-making.
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Develop and deliver project plans
  • Preparation and management of project documentation
  • Defining project resource requirements and managing the relevant resources
  • Manage project risks, issues, associated reporting, escalation and resolution
  • Management, delivery and approval of all deliverables
  • Financial project management i.e. Budgeting - Management of finance during implementation
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting project activity and project status
  • Change request management
  • Organise, run and document project meetings
  • To maintain internal systems as directed
  • To enhance and improve documentation and processes within METIS as required
  • Guide and enforce the execution of projects in line with the KCS delivery methodology and standards
  • Via the training coaching and mentoring process ensure that non-billable work is reduced by identifying common threads and addressing this with further instruction on a one to one or group basis as appropriate
  • Delivery of exceptional working standards within your team by demonstrable leadership
  • Identify areas for business improvement and make recommendations and changes to specific processes/documents/templates
  • To cover for colleagues as directed


Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Detailed knowledge of an industry recognised project management methodology, ideally PRINCE2
  • Ability to engage with users through to board level
  • Demonstrable experience of managing projects simultaneously and delivering business benefit to the client
  • Excellent understanding of ERP systems and their delivery
  • Ability to agree and baseline customer requirements through effective stakeholder engagement
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project lifecycle
  • Competent in the use of Project Management tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Extensive Project Management proven experience
