Gather customer and market insights, write product specifications, facilitate ideation workshops, monitor competitors, and help deliver practical AI capabilities for automotive aftermarket parts catalogue users.

Leads global HR management across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing HR operations, employment compliance, policy governance, employee relations, risk management, audits, and team development. Acts as the senior escalation point for complex employment matters, manages external advisers and providers, supports acquisitions and restructures, and ensures legally compliant, consistent HR practices. Uses approved AI tools for research, drafting, reporting, and analysis while maintaining human accountability for judgement, confidentiality, fairness, and final decisions.

Supports employees, managers, and People Business Partners with employee relations matters, including absence cases, investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management, employment law guidance, HR policy implementation, acquisitions, global mobility, and engagement initiatives. The role requires regional employment-law knowledge, confidentiality, strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills within a global or matrixed organization.

Leads the global AI, automation, data, and integration strategy for Professional Services. Builds a specialist team, identifies automation opportunities across delivery, establishes scalable implementation frameworks, improves cost-to-serve and time-to-value, and uses data-driven insights to optimize performance. Partners with Sales, Product, R&D, and delivery leadership on solution design, integration strategy, operational transformation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
