Collaborates with product, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to support product releases, demand generation, internal communications, and sales training. Translates technical product features into compelling customer benefits and evaluates content performance through data analysis.

Leads global HR management across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing HR operations, employment compliance, policy governance, employee relations, risk management, audits, and team development. Acts as the senior escalation point for complex employment matters, manages external advisers and providers, supports acquisitions and restructures, and ensures legally compliant, consistent HR practices. Uses approved AI tools for research, drafting, reporting, and analysis while maintaining human accountability for judgement, confidentiality, fairness, and final decisions.

Supports employees, managers, and People Business Partners with employee relations matters, including absence cases, investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management, employment law guidance, HR policy implementation, acquisitions, global mobility, and engagement initiatives. The role requires regional employment-law knowledge, confidentiality, strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills within a global or matrixed organization.
