Leads complex customer ERP delivery projects from planning through completion, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, financial control, risk and issue management, reporting, deliverable approval, and customer outcomes. The role also improves project methodologies, documentation, processes, and PMO efficiency through AI and automation, while coaching and mentoring project team members.

Leads customer-facing technology and ERP/SaaS implementation projects from initiation through delivery. Manages scope, governance, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, budgets, billing awareness, change requests, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Oversees multiple projects while ensuring agreed outcomes, commercial control, and continuous process improvement. Requires project management methodology expertise, customer engagement skills, technology project experience, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Develops product positioning, value propositions, personas, competitive insights, sales enablement materials, case studies, white papers, and launch tools for ERP and SaaS solutions. Collaborates with product, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to support product releases, demand generation, internal communications, and sales training. Translates technical product features into compelling customer benefits and evaluates content performance through data analysis.
