What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and own the end-to-end pipeline of the Integrations team: from new connections with processors and APMs to improvements and optimizations in existing integrations. This is a highly visible role, with a strong focus on execution, executive communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to demand timely decisions and delivery.
What will I be doing?
- Strategy & Planning
- Execution & Delivery
- Governance & Processes
- Communication & Stakeholders
- Leadership & Culture
Build and maintain the unified Integrations pipeline: intake, prioritization, scheduling, and dependencies by country, partner, and product.
Consolidate requirements (business, technical, regulatory) and define measurable acceptance criteria.
Balance “new connections” vs. “enhancements” initiatives with a focus on impact (volume, performance, risk, compliance).
Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery plan: kickoff, milestones, QA/UAT, release, and post-release.
Anticipate and remove blockers; escalate executive issues when necessary.
Ensure traceability in Jira (statuses, due dates, links, epics), and weekly/monthly reporting.
Establish and improve operational rituals, including stand-ups, program weeklies, release committees, and post-mortems.
Define response SLAs across teams (Product, Engineering, Ops, CS, Compliance/InfoSec) and with external partners.
Promote best practices: definition of “ready,” “done,” change management, and scope control.
Act as the single source of truth for Integration status, providing clear, concise, and actionable communication at all levels.
Manage expectations with external partners and internal teams; align priorities and committed timelines.
Demand accountability, timely decisions, and explicit documentation of agreements.
Raise the bar on accountability and collaboration; give and request feedback with respect and firmness.
Mentor PMs/POs/Leads in execution, risk management, and executive communication.
What skills do I need?
- 7+ years leading complex tech programs/projects (ideal: payments/fintech, integrations with acquirers/APMs/PSPs).
- Experience coordinating multiple squads/teams and external vendors in high-pressure environments.
- Mastery of Jira/Confluence/Google Workspace; strong portfolio hygiene habits.
- Functional knowledge of payment integrations (APIs, webhooks/IPN, routing, error codes, 3DS, vendor SLAs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work with distributed teams and multiple time zones.
