The Head of Compliance will lead the Compliance and AML/CFT function, manage regulatory risks, and support business growth within the fintech industry. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance governance, monitoring regulatory changes, enhancing AML frameworks, and ensuring adherence to financial crime regulations.

Provide hands-on commercial legal support: draft, review, and negotiate cross-border commercial agreements; develop templates and playbooks; advise on payments, regulatory, AML/sanctions, data protection, and privacy; partner with Product, Commercial, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec to enable go-to-market initiatives.
