Job Description

Reporting to VP Programmatic, using your existing ad operations and marketing skills, you will help develop major client accounts.

This area of the business will undergo remarkable investment and growth this year, and you'll have the opportunity to affect our success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Optimise campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.
  • The Senior Programmatic Manager will develop insights to inform our client's strategies.
  • Partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.
  • Communicate with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.
  • The Senior Programmatic Manager will collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.
  • Interpret attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data.
  • The Senior Programmatic Manager will engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.
  • Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment
  • Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform
  • Experience with numerical detail and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, Macros & SQL capabilities
  • Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents
  • Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing
  • You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
  • You'll create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
