The Role

As the Senior Programmatic Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic programmatic sales initiatives. You will lead the charge in driving revenue growth through Display, OLV, and audience data solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to key clients while shaping the future of Fever’s programmatic ecosystem.

In this role, you will join the Brand Partnerships department, specifically driving the programmatic growth of Fever’s Secret Media Network. We function as a strategic partner to global brands, helping them reach over 200 million people monthly through data-driven advertising solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive programmatic sales strategy aligned with Fever’s unique data sets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Fever’s client base globally.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, providing tailored programmatic solutions.
  • Exceed sales targets and drive measurable revenue growth through effective sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Develop new and innovative programmatic products and offerings with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Who You Are: 

  • 6+ years of experience in programmatic sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, technologies, and emerging industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-level client-facing meetings.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English is essential for this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
