  • Apply systems thinking to connect people, process, and technology, and implement holistic solutions to complex organizational challenges

  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly and confidently to senior and executive audiences, adapting messaging to diverse stakeholder groups

  • Define measures of success, evaluate progress, and lead continuous improvement efforts across program execution

  • Guide functional peers on frameworks and methodologies, and foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in program or project management.

  • Significant experience leading end-to-end program or project delivery in a technical or product development environment, including ownership of timelines, scope, and risk management across multiple teams or services.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, with clear communication of plans, status, and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven track record using data, metrics, and tooling to monitor program health, drive accountability, and inform prioritization and trade-off decisions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Program management experience delivering large-scale, transformational programs in complex enterprise environments, with a demonstrated history of achieving measurable business outcomes

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide AI, automation, or workplace productivity solution deployments

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification
