About the team and the role:This role sits within a team passionate about delivering regulatory initiatives that influence the customer experience across eBay. The Senior Program Manager leads complex, high-impact programs that turn regulatory requirements into simple, scalable solutions for buyers and sellers. Collaborating with Product, Legal, Markets, Marketing, Tax, and Customer Services, this role brings together interested parties globally, develops decisions, and ensures delivery at pace while balancing compliance, customer experience, and commercial outcomes.

What you will accomplish:- Convert complex regulatory requirements into straightforward, user-friendly experiences for customers
- Define and deliver solutions that reduce friction, protect GMV, and support long-term growth
- Own programs end-to-end, from early interpretation through to scalable implementation
- Bring structure to ambiguity, enabling clear decisions across cross-functional collaborators
- Align teams across functions and geographies, acting as the central point of coordination and accountability
- Use data and insights to evaluate customer and business impact and guide trade-offs
- Anticipate risks and dependencies early to enable smooth, low-disruption delivery
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in product, strategy, consulting, or operations
- A track record of delivering customer-facing and business-critical outcomes at scale
- Ability to translate ambiguous or complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions
- Excellent judgment balancing customer experience, regulatory needs, and commercial impact
- Effective collaborator management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders
- A methodical, analytical approach combined with the ability to apply data to guide decisions
- Clear and concise communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex topics
