  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept through launch, adoption, measurement, and ongoing optimization.

  • Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, HR, Product, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate business priorities into impactful learning experiences.

  • Design and facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences that drive knowledge, skill development, and behavior change.

  • Build scalable learning journeys using a variety of modalities including workshops, digital learning, AI-powered experiences, playbooks, toolkits, manager resources, and in-the-flow-of-work enablement.

  • Develop leadership development experiences that strengthen coaching, communication, accountability, change leadership, decision-making, and performance management across multiple audiences.

  • Create supporting program assets including facilitator guides, learner materials, assessments, coaching resources, communications, and adoption plans.

  • Partner with platform teams to produce, publish and measure engaging, high-quality learning content that reflects adult learning best practices.

  • Develop program measurement frameworks that evaluate learner engagement, adoption, capability growth, and business impact using qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Leverage analytics, learner feedback, and business metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness and learner experience.

  • Facilitate live sessions, executive workshops, and global enablement events while serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and program sponsors.

  • Champion innovation by leveraging AI and modern learning technologies to personalize, scale, and continuously improve enablement experiences.

  • Contribute to broader Global Sales Enablement Programs team initiatives and support additional strategic projects as business priorities evolve.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 8+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, program management, leadership development, organizational development, or related roles within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.

  • Proven success leading large-scale, global programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and business partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale enterprise learning and enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences to diverse audiences, from individual contributors through senior leaders.

  • Experience developing leadership capability through coaching frameworks, workshops, and manager enablement programs.

  • Outstanding program management, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using learner data, business metrics, and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and modern enablement practices.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and digital learning technologies to improve learning experiences and scale program delivery.

  • Creative, innovative, and highly collaborative with a passion for building engaging learner experiences and continuously improving the enablement function.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Advanced certifications in leadership development, coaching, program management, learning, or organizational development are a plus.
