Within JCDecaux UK, the Senior Product & Transformation Business Analyst is responsible for shaping business demand, product priorities and transformation activity into clear, outcome-led delivery. The role exists to strengthen the link between business strategy, product roadmaps, requirements, technology delivery and adoption, ensuring change is properly understood, prioritised, delivered and embedded with measurable business value.

What you'll be doing...

What you’ll be doing….

  • Product and roadmap support: Support product owners and business owners in shaping roadmaps, prioritising backlogs and translating demand into epics, user stories and outcomes.
  • Business analysis and discovery: Lead discovery, process mapping, requirements definition, acceptance criteria and traceability from business need through to delivered outcome.
  • Transformation and adoption: Assess stakeholder impact, readiness, training needs, operating model changes and success measures to embed change effectively.
  • Stakeholder partnership: Facilitate workshops, prioritisation sessions and decision forums, building alignment between business, technology, PMO and suppliers.
  • Delivery and governance alignment: Support sprint planning, UAT, business sign-off, dependency tracking, governance reporting and issue escalation.
  • Insight and continuous improvement: Use data, process insight and stakeholder feedback to identify simplification, automation, control and value opportunities.

  • Business problems are clearly defined before delivery begins, reducing ambiguity, rework and delay.
  • Product backlogs and roadmaps are prioritised against business value, risk, user impact and delivery effort.
  • Requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria are clear, testable and linked to agreed outcomes.
  • Change lands effectively with visible adoption, business ownership and measurable value.
  • Stakeholders have confidence in priorities, decisions, risks and next steps.

    • Strong business analysis experience across product, process, systems or transformation environments.
    • Good understanding of product ownership support, roadmaps, backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Experience working with senior stakeholders to shape requirements, options, decisions and business outcomes.
    • Knowledge of delivery governance, UAT, process mapping, benefits, adoption and change readiness.
    • Business Analysis, Product Owner, Agile or equivalent qualification or practical experience is desirable.
