We are looking for a Product Owner/Manager who thrives in high-velocity environments and wants to build products that impact millions. This is not about managing tickets. It is about owning outcomes. You will own critical product areas end-to-end, from vision to delivery and iteration. You will excel if you can solve complex problems, move quickly from idea to impact, and bring structure to ambiguity without compromising on quality or regulatory compliance.
What you'll do:Strategic Impact: Define clear product strategies and long-term roadmaps tied to macro-outcomes across growth, market expansion, and monetization.
Discovery & GTM: Lead the 0 → 1 discovery phase for new product lines, identifying market gaps and defining the Go-To-Market strategy.
Commercial Ownership: Directly impact top-line metrics by identifying revenue levers, improving ARPU, and maximizing customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Navigate Complexity: Drive high-level decision-making by integrating complex regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID II, FCA or equivalent) into the product vision.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Align senior stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and legal to ensure a consistent focus on high-impact initiatives.
Proven Impact: A history of owning the commercial success of high-scale products with measurable wins in revenue targets and market share.
Builder Mentality: High agency and ownership; you think like a company founder to identify "what's next" and prioritize ruthlessly for ROI.
Analytical Rigor: Expert at using raw data to build business cases and define the North Star metrics that move the needle for the entire company.
Velocity & Strategy: Ability to set a relentless strategic pace while maintaining a high bar for regulatory compliance within global financial markets.
