As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.

Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.

The Role

We're seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to define positioning and drive launches for Synthesia's core product—the studio and video creation experience that powers how customers create, customize, and deploy enterprise video at scale.

You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams to shape market perception, bring flagship launches to market, and define how the industry understands the evolution of AI-native video creation. This is a high-visibility, strategic role that touches every part of the core platform, with significant scope to influence Synthesia's positioning as a category leader.

About the Role

  • Define the strategic narrative – Own the overarching story about what the studio enables and where video creation is heading. Translate individual launches into a cohesive, forward-thinking arc that positions Synthesia at the forefront of AI-native video.

  • Lead core product launches – Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for the studio and video creation experience, partnering with Product to bring new capabilities to market with conviction and clarity

  • Drive adoption & enablement – Create campaigns, assets, and sales collateral that move customers from awareness to active usage. Own sales enablement so deals close faster and customers see the full vision

  • Own competitive positioning – Work with our competitive intelligence function to develop frameworks that show how Synthesia's studio differentiates, ensuring we're best positioned as the market evolves

  • Collaborate on product strategy – Bring GTM perspective into Product decisions around launch readiness, pricing, packaging, and roadmap prioritization. Influence what gets built based on market opportunity

  • Gather and apply customer intelligence – Partner with our dedicated market intelligence team to stay ahead of customer needs, competitive moves, and emerging use cases. Surface opportunities and threats back to product

About You

  • You want full ownership – Blank slate, you make the call, you move and adjust based on what works. You're the strategic leader for how the market understands this product

  • You've shipped at senior level in B2B SaaS – 10+ years in the industry, 6+ in product marketing leadership at B2B companies. You've led positioning for flagship products and shaped how markets understood them

  • You can write with conviction – Positioning, messaging, strategy docs, decks. You have a sharp point of view and can defend it in a room with skeptics

  • You understand the sales cycle – You know what sales needs to close deals and you've built enablement tools people actually use

  • You ship at 60–70% – You know the difference between perfect and useful. You get something to 60–70%, hand it off for refinement, keep moving

  • You move with the product – Priorities shift, markets move, you stay focused and adapt the narrative

  • You've moved the needle – Real launches that drove sales velocity, customer adoption, expansion, and how the market understood a product category
