At Clarivate, we're helping universities, research institutions, and government organizations make better decisions about research, funding, and innovation. We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Academia & Government business and help drive the growth and adoption of Web of Science Research Intelligence and our research funding and analytics solutions. You will play a key role in bringing new products and capabilities to market, developing compelling positioning and messaging, and enabling sales teams to communicate customer value effectively. As a highly collaborative partner across Product, Sales, Demand Marketing, and customer-facing teams, you'll help shape go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and support research and innovation worldwide. 

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience. 

  • At least 7 years of Product Marketing experience. 

  • Demonstrated experience developing go-to-market strategies and executing successful product launches. 

  • Experience creating compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions for complex products or solutions. 

  • Experience partnering effectively with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive business outcomes. 

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 

It Would Be Great If You Also Had... 

  • MBA or other advanced degree. 

  • Product Marketing experience in analytics software, data solutions, or information services. 

  • B2B Product Marketing experience. 

  • Prior experience working in the Higher Education or Research industry. 

  • Experience working within a global or multinational organization. 

What Will You Be Doing in This Role? 

  • Lead and execute successful product launches for research funding and analytics solutions. 

  • Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and differentiated value propositions aligned with customer and market needs. 

  • Create content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion throughout the buyer journey. 

  • Develop sales enablement tools and resources that support successful prospecting and customer conversations. 

  • Partner with Demand Marketing teams to create impactful multi-channel campaigns that generate demand and support growth objectives. 

  • Collaborate with Product teams to monitor adoption of new capabilities and develop initiatives that increase customer engagement and product usage. 

  • Work closely with Design, Web, and Content teams to deliver a range of marketing assets, including product videos, case studies, white papers, web content, social media content, and competitive battle cards. 

  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategies and category growth initiatives. 

About the Team 

The Academia & Government Product Marketing team partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing teams to bring innovative solutions to market and drive customer success. Together, we help universities, research institutions, government agencies, and funding organizations make faster, more informed decisions about research, innovation, and impact. As part of the broader Marketing organization, the team collaborates globally to deliver compelling customer narratives, support solution selling, and advance strategic growth initiatives across the portfolio. 

Hours of Work 

This is a full-time, permanent position based in London, United Kingdom. 

  • Hybrid working model with 2–3 days per week in the London office and the remainder working remotely. 

  • Monday–Friday work schedule. 

  • Some flexibility is available around core working hours.
