We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the global go-to-market strategy for YouGov's portfolio of research and AI-powered products.

You'll own product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy, ensuring our products are clearly differentiated and effectively communicated across global markets. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams, you'll create compelling campaigns and sales enablement programmes that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

You'll also play a key role in shaping product strategy through market and competitor insights while mentoring a junior Product Marketer and helping scale the function.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

  • Own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition for YouGov's products and solutions.
  • Lead global go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and enhancements, with a particular focus on AI and research solutions.
  • Develop solution-led campaigns and sales enablement materials that support revenue growth and improve win rates.
  • Create compelling product narratives, customer success stories, and commercial messaging.
Commercial & Market Strategy

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver coordinated global product launches.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to strengthen YouGov's market positioning.
  • Analyse customer and campaign performance data to optimise product marketing strategies and identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Support website optimisation and customer journey improvements to increase engagement and conversion.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, Editorial, Social Media, Paid Media, and Marketing Automation teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Contribute to wider brand marketing initiatives where product expertise is required.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' B2B Product Marketing experience, ideally within market research, data, insights, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful global go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and experience positioning products in a competitive market.
  • Experience marketing AI-enabled products or incorporating AI into marketing workflows is highly desirable.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex products into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing cross-functional and international teams.
  • Data-driven approach to campaign measurement and optimisation.
