YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, leveraging state-of-the-art ways of working & technologies that carries major business stakes, we are looking for a Product Marketing manager. As a Product Marketing Manager in the Central team of the SmartER Factory, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating diverse tribes, ensuring that our product launches and releases resonate with our internal and external customers. Your mission is to empower our Business Units teams with relevant resources and support, enabling them to deliver outstanding experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market Understanding: Stay updated with market trends and user needs, gathering insights to help refine our product positioning and messaging.
  • Launch and Release Coordination/ communication: Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage the release process, ensuring timely communication and alignment on features.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Serve as point of contact for BU questions around messaging, feature updates and launch information.
  • Content Creation: Develop comprehensive content that articulates the value of our features and updates, tailored for various stakeholders from Business Units and end-users.
  • Support Field Teams: Be the bridge between product teams and field operations, providing resources to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption of new features and services.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish effective channels for feedback from field teams and customers, driving necessary adjustments to our marketing strategies.
  • Documentation: Ensure a centralized and well structure space for product documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product development, UX/UI designers, and field teams to ensure a holistic approach to product marketing.

YOUR PROFILE

You could be our next teammate if:

  • You have 6+ years of working experience with a proven track-record in B2C/B2B digital product marketing
  • You have a strong business appetence, and a product mindset fostered by your previous experiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decisionmaking
  • Experience in managing and developing a team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively
  • You have fluency in English (international team); other languages appreciated (French, Spanish, Portuguese)
