Manage UK and EU accounts payable activities, including supplier invoices, employee expenses, cash books, ERP postings, statement reconciliations, supplier queries, month-end support, and KPI compliance. Provide accounts receivable support by posting customer receipts, issuing statements and invoices, and covering intercompany and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate financial records and support compliance, audit, and stakeholder service requirements.

Own the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle, including billing, invoice submission, credit control, cash collection, aged debt management, customer query resolution, cash application, ledger reconciliations, cost recharges, and intercompany reconciliations. Ensure VAT, contractual, audit, and internal control compliance while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and internal stakeholders.

The Head of Compliance will lead compliance efforts ensuring adherence to e-money regulations, manage a compliance team, and provide strategic advice to senior leadership on compliance risks and mitigation plans.

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain platform features for Edenred PayTech, collaborating with teams to ensure software meets quality standards and project specifications.

Partner with the Managing Director to define and execute EPS strategic priorities. Lead 3-year planning, annual budgets, go-to-market and pricing strategies, market analysis, executive materials, and cross-functional transformation programs. Build financial models and business cases, coordinate Product/Tech/Sales/Finance, and drive governance and performance tracking to support growth and profitability.

Lead the Compliance product domain for Edenred PayTech, managing 1-2 people and cross-functional teams to transform compliance and data platforms. Own backlog prioritization, stakeholder collaboration, supplier management, end-to-end delivery, operational supportability, AML/fraud transaction monitoring, KYC/screening, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement to replace legacy systems and meet regulatory requirements across UK and Europe.
