Manage UK and EU accounts payable activities, including supplier invoices, employee expenses, cash books, ERP postings, statement reconciliations, supplier queries, month-end support, and KPI compliance. Provide accounts receivable support by posting customer receipts, issuing statements and invoices, and covering intercompany and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate financial records and support compliance, audit, and stakeholder service requirements.

Own the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle, including billing, invoice submission, credit control, cash collection, aged debt management, customer query resolution, cash application, ledger reconciliations, cost recharges, and intercompany reconciliations. Ensure VAT, contractual, audit, and internal control compliance while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and internal stakeholders.

The Head of Compliance will lead compliance efforts ensuring adherence to e-money regulations, manage a compliance team, and provide strategic advice to senior leadership on compliance risks and mitigation plans.
