Develop and deliver Java-based microservices across the full lifecycle, write automated tests, participate in agile ceremonies, triage and resolve issues, and improve platform quality, stability, and performance.

Lead the Compliance product domain for Edenred PayTech, managing 1-2 people and cross-functional teams to transform compliance and data platforms. Own backlog prioritization, stakeholder collaboration, supplier management, end-to-end delivery, operational supportability, AML/fraud transaction monitoring, KYC/screening, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement to replace legacy systems and meet regulatory requirements across UK and Europe.

Provide operational and strategic HR support to managers across Swindon and London. Advise on employee relations, support restructures and workforce planning, contribute to HR projects and annual cycles, use HR data to inform decisions, and promote consistent HR policies to drive engagement, performance, and talent development.
