Leads the FP&A function, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, performance and cost analysis, strategic planning support, and finance systems transformation. Manages a team, partners with business stakeholders and procurement, improves reporting tools and data quality, oversees cost allocation, and presents financial insights to management and the CFO. Requires a qualified accountant with strong international reporting, commercial FP&A, people leadership, Excel, and stakeholder management experience.

Develop and deliver Java-based microservices across the full lifecycle, write automated tests, participate in agile ceremonies, triage and resolve issues, and improve platform quality, stability, and performance.

The Head of Compliance will lead compliance efforts ensuring adherence to e-money regulations, manage a compliance team, and provide strategic advice to senior leadership on compliance risks and mitigation plans.
