As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be our internal authority on Malt’s pricing architecture, competitive landscape, and product GTM strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing, you will own Malt’s pricing and packaging strategy end-to-end, bridging Product, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing to translate product value into scalable revenue models. You lead willingness-to-pay analysis, analyst relations and commercial alignment to maximise yield, market penetration and long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities ✨

1 - Pricing & packaging strategy, design, and delivery:
    ▪ End-to-end ownership: Own Malt’s global pricing and packaging strategy, fee structures, and monetisation models.
    ▪ Strategy execution: Pick up and drive ongoing pricing redesign initiatives, translating ground-level frameworks into fully operationalised plans, price points, and feature configurations.
    ▪ Market & value research: Conduct ongoing willingness-to-pay research, market benchmarking, and customer value analysis to refine tiering, discount governance, and add-on structures.
    ▪ Financial & commercial alignment: Partner with Finance, Product, Operations, and Sales to operationalize updates to pricing models, contract terms, and Salesforce workflows. Align monetisation with key business metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention).

    2 - Product partnership:
    ▪ Inform product strategy: Serve as the strategic PMM partner to Product Management, bringing holistic market, pricing, and competitive insights to inform and shape the core product roadmap.
    ▪ Cross-functional enablement: Ensure full internal visibility into roadmap changes and strategic launches across revenue, marketing, and operational functions.

3 - Segmentation, positioning, and messaging:
    ▪ Framework development: Build and refine customer personas, vertical segmentation, and messaging frameworks that differentiate Malt in the market.
    ▪ Sales collateral: Develop core sales collateral, including primary pitch decks, value propositions, and buyer guides.

4 - Competitive and Market Intelligence:
    ▪ Intelligence grounding & tooling: Build Malt’s competitive intelligence function from the ground up, including the rollout and management of competitive intelligence tools like Crayon.
    ▪ Strategic & tactical insights: Translate competitor moves, industry trends, and internal customer signals into actionable guidance for leadership.
    ▪ Field sales enablement: Develop high-impact battlecards and objection-handling tools to enable commercial teams in competitive deals.

    5 - Analyst relations:
    ▪ Analyst engagement: Manage ongoing relationships with key industry analyst firms, serving as the main point of contact for routine briefings and periodic assessments.
    ▪ Market standing: Translate positive analyst ratings, market reports, and competitive badges into strategic marketing collateral to build trust with enterprise buyers.
