The Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Compliance strategy and manage teams of engineers, ensuring delivery excellence and fostering innovation while maintaining security and usability in the product.

Manage operational launch of new client accounts during acquisition pilots: set up companies, onboard hiring managers, coordinate financing and integrations, run product demos, document processes in Notion, hand off to admins, and identify process improvements with Product and Ops.

Lead and scale Malt's global payments infrastructure, owning payment architecture, PSP selection, multi-currency and cross-border flows, enterprise billing and treasury integrations, cash advance and factoring models, and international payment compliance (AML). Collaborate across Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal to deliver scalable, low-risk transactional experiences and enable international business growth.

Lead enterprise pre-sales by architecting bespoke workforce solutions, running C-suite discovery workshops, building ROI/tender models, driving RFPs and pilot-to-MSA conversions, and producing scalable playbooks to accelerate sales.

Lead delivery and technical strategy for 1–2 product squads (8–10 engineers). Own architecture decisions, drive backend refactoring, remove technical and organizational blockers, recruit and mentor senior engineers, and align technical roadmaps with Product and business goals.
