Collaborate across Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal to deliver scalable, low-risk transactional experiences and enable international business growth.

Lead enterprise pre-sales by architecting bespoke workforce solutions, running C-suite discovery workshops, building ROI/tender models, driving RFPs and pilot-to-MSA conversions, and producing scalable playbooks to accelerate sales.

As a Bid & Proposal Manager, you will lead the bid management process for international tenders, collaborate with teams to develop winning proposals, manage RFP content, and analyze data to improve success rates.
