Meet the team here!
You live for insight? You’re the kind of marketer who lights up when hearing “voice of the customer,” and your idea of fun includes pattern-spotting across data, interviews, and market signals? Then you might be exactly who we need.
As our Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you’ll lead our research efforts to understand what makes our customers tick — and turn that understanding into clear strategic direction. From refining our ICPs to feeding insights into messaging and go-to-market plays, this is your chance to shape how we grow.
Among other things you will
- Lead qualitative and quantitative customer research — think interviews, surveys, and deep dives into behaviors and needs.
- Run and scale a Win/Loss interview program that goes beyond “why” and into “what’s next.”
- Analyse product usage, market trends, and competitor positioning to uncover growth opportunities.
- Own and evolve our Ideal Customer Profiles and personas — grounded in real data, not guesswork.
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Product to keep customer feedback flowing across teams.
- Build frameworks and best practices for research and insight generation at scale.
- Create a shared source of truth for insights — accessible, up-to-date, and actually useful.
- Translate research into messaging that speaks directly to the needs of our ICPs.
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 in Product Marketing.
- You’re confident designing and running research programs — and know how to scale them.
- You turn interviews and data into clear, strategic insights others can act on.
- You know your way around segmentation, ICP development, and competitive analysis.
- You collaborate naturally across functions and bring people on board with your ideas.
- You’re a strong communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned and in the loop.
- You thrive in B2B SaaS or tech environments where things move fast.
- You’re fluent in English — both spoken and written — and you know how to make words count.
- Room for personal and professional development
- Challenging and diversified line of action
- Working in a fast-growing company with international customers and investors
- Centrally located and attractive office in one of our locations worldwide
- Possibilities to work from home
- Performance-related career system
- Motivated and agile team with a common vision
