Job Overview:

Piktochart is looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and execute a strategic social media presence that drives engagement, brand awareness, and community growth. This role will focus on content creation, social media strategy, audience engagement, and performance optimization across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to craft compelling content, manage campaigns, and track performance using data-driven insights. Staying ahead of industry trends, you will bring innovative ideas to enhance Piktochart’s online presence and amplify its reach.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Content Strategy & Creation:
    • Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with Piktochart's brand voice and business goals.
    • Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, short videos, carousels, and captions) to highlight Piktochart’s features, user stories, and educational resources.
    • Collaborate with the design and content teams to repurpose blog articles, case studies, and product updates into impactful social media posts.
  • Social Media Calendar Management:
    • Plan, organize, and maintain a detailed social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
    • Coordinate content schedules with product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal events.
  • Community Engagement & Growth:
    • Build and nurture a strong online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, etc.).
    • Identify and engage with industry influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners to amplify Piktochart’s reach.
    • Initiate and manage community-driven campaigns, such as user-generated content (UGC) or hashtag challenges.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Use social media analytics tools (HubSpot, native platform insights, or relevant tools) to track key metrics like engagement rate, follower growth, and click-through rates.
    • Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights to optimize content and posting strategies.
    • A/B test social content formats, captions, and post timings to continuously improve reach and impact.
  • Campaign Collaboration:
    • Partner with email marketing, product marketing, and SEO teams to align social media efforts with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and events.
    • Support the promotion of Piktochart’s blog content, product announcements, and relevant updates through tailored social strategies.
  • Trend Spotting & Innovation:
    • Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
    • Suggest and implement creative ideas for viral campaigns, interactive content, and storytelling formats.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. Experience with monetizing social media marketing is a plus.
  • Strong content creation skills — can craft compelling captions and work with design/content teams to produce visuals/videos.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or social media management tools for scheduling, reporting, and campaign tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting social media metrics and optimizing strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for building online communities.
