SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. Our award-winning awareness platform triggers behavioural change by providing effective and engaging training and simulations on cybersecurity and data protection. Cybercrime is costing the world >$10 trillion annually and growing by 15% p.a. - we invite you to be part of the solution!

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will play a critical role at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and strategy. You will deeply understand our platform, customers, and competitive landscape, and translate that understanding into clear positioning, strong product-led messaging, and effective GTM execution.

This is a high-impact role. Product Marketing sits at the core of our marketing organization, acting as the strategic interface between Product and the broader GTM organization. You will help define how our products show up in the market, how Sales talks about them, and how customers experience their value.

Here's how you'll make a difference:

Product & Market Expertise

  • Develop deep expertise in SoSafe’s platform, product capabilities, and underlying concepts.

  • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to understand functionality, roadmap, and priorities.

  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions for technical and non-technical audiences.

Go-to-Market & Launch Excellence

  • Own and drive end-to-end GTM strategies for products and major initiatives.

  • Lead product launches - from positioning and messaging to enablement and rollout.

  • Define clear approaches to winning versus key competitors, grounded in market and customer insight.

Product-Led Marketing & Campaigns

  • Drive the product narrative across marketing channels in collaboration with the brand and content team, ensuring consistency between product reality and market messaging.

  • Partner with Marketing, Content, and Growth teams to shape product-led campaigns, launches, and thematic initiatives.

  • Ensure product messaging is accurately and compellingly reflected across website, campaigns, sales assets, and customer-facing content.

  • Act as the single point of accountability for “the product story” in market-facing initiatives.

Sales & Enablement Partnership

  • Create and maintain high-quality sales and product collateral (decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives).

  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to ensure field teams are confident, aligned, and well-equipped.

  • Support a healthy enablement cadence with up-to-date messaging, assets, and launch materials.

Customer & Competitive Intelligence

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to gather customer feedback and insights.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform product and GTM strategy.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor products, pricing, and positioning.

What makes you a great fit:

Must-haves

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Strong product and technical acumen, with the ability to work closely with Product and Engineering.

  • Proven experience driving go-to-market strategies and launches.

  • Skilled presenter, confident communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Strong ability to distill complex information into clear, structured written communication.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

  • Strong customer-centric mindset across messaging, campaigns, and programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in security, privacy, compliance, or data governance software.

  • Experience contributing to competitive intelligence or Compete initiatives.

Who you’ll work with

  • Product organization: Product Management, Engineering, Product Ops

  • GTM organization: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement

What we offer*
  • Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days
