Own revenue operations for Sales Excellence by optimizing Salesforce sales stages, qualification workflows, pipeline health, forecasting, deal desk approvals, pricing, and GTM technology. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and executives to improve sales velocity, conversion, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity. The role requires advanced Salesforce and forecasting-platform expertise, strong B2B SaaS sales-process knowledge, and analytical fluency in SaaS performance metrics.

Own dbt transformation layers, dimensional models, reusable business metrics, and semantic layers for SaaS data. Integrate product events, Salesforce CRM, and support data while partnering with data engineers on schemas and contracts. Establish data quality testing, documentation, monitoring, and lineage practices. Translate ambiguous business questions into reliable data assets supporting analytics, product, and AI use cases.

Architect and build an AI-native automation and orchestration toolchain (fusing traditional tools with foundation models), enable and mentor early adopter teams, standardize practices across departments, drive infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD adoption, contribute to the IT/Sec operating system, and champion cross-departmental adoption of automation and AI platforms.

Lead architecture and build an automation and AI-native toolchain (fusing traditional automation with agentic workflows), mentor teams, drive cross-department adoption, standardize practices, and evolve IT operations toward infrastructure-as-code and platform-first models.

Owns and develops business-critical identity and access management projects across the frontend and backend. Responsibilities include authentication, authorization, permissions, UX optimization, observability, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, release strategies, code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-team collaboration in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Develop and maintain scalable fullstack software systems using Typescript, React, and Node. Collaborate on web application architecture and coach junior developers.
