About Us

Quadrivia is the health technology company behind Qu, a comprehensive, controllable, and customizable assistant AI built by clinicians, for clinicians. Addressing the urgent shortage of healthcare professionals, Qu provides real-time, personal, and reliable support for clinical tasks across the care continuum. Designed for providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies, Qu is easy to customize and integrates seamlessly into workflows, delivering precise assistance across the care spectrum.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with healthcare experience and a strong track record of building and scaling B2B products in fast-moving, startup environments.

You’ll lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for one or more of our core Qu platform capabilities — from ideation and research through design, delivery, and iteration. You’ll work cross-functionally with clinicians, AI scientists, engineers, and commercial teams to bring products from concept to real-world clinical deployment.

This role requires balancing clinical rigor, regulatory awareness, and product agility, shaping how AI can safely augment clinicians in practice.

You must be comfortable working with AI technologies, and be able and more importantly be willing to research and stay up to date with the latest developments in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the roadmap for one or more Qu product capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with clinicians and regulatory experts to ensure all features meet safety, privacy (GDPR/HIPAA), and MDR/FDA medical device standards. Previous work with ISO13485 and ISO14971 is a plus.

  • Use data and experimentation to improve key product metrics — adoption, engagement, and quality scores (precision/recall, OSCE pass rates, etc.).

  • Translate complex clinical and technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories.

  • Partner with engineering and AI teams to scope features that balance innovation with safety and compliance.

  • Champion user needs — both clinicians and enterprise customers — to prioritize features that deliver measurable value.

Required Experience
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in the healthcare or healthtech sector.

  • Proven success launching and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise products in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers.

  • Evidence of improving key metrics such as product adoption, retention, or clinical performance.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making data-informed trade-offs under pressure.

  • Experience with AI-driven products (LLMs, cognitive architectures, or clinical decision support systems).

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with evaluation frameworks such as vignette-based testing, clinical scorecards, or safety audits.

  • Experience building healthcare integrations (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or APIs for wearables).

  • Background in clinical practice, medical research, or biomedical engineering.

  • An understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, or digital health regulations (MDR, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR).

What We Offer
  • The opportunity to shape the future of AI in healthcare, working on one of the most impactful problems of our time.

  • A global, multidisciplinary team of clinicians, AI scientists, and technologists.

  • Competitive compensation

  • A culture that values curiosity, rigor, and impact over hierarchy.
