About UserWise

We’re building a high-speed, AI-assisted game production team focused on developing and scaling mobile games globally.

This is not a traditional game team. We operate with ownership, clarity, and execution speed — leveraging AI-driven workflows to move faster than most studios.

We work across a global team, building production-ready games and scaling them through LiveOps. Our focus is simple: increase the number of high-quality bets and turn them into scalable products.

Our team is already working across established franchises such as Fruit Ninja and Wordscapes, contributing to both development and growth initiatives.

Environment
  • High ownership — you own your product end-to-end
  • High speed — we ship fast and iterate faster
  • AI-assisted workflows — access data, insights, and iteration cycles at the speed of thought
  • Global team — work with top talent across regions
  • Low bureaucracy — minimal process, maximum execution

RequirementsWhat You’ll Do

You will own the product end-to-end — from early concept to LiveOps scale.

  • Drive product direction across gameplay, retention, and monetization
  • Build and scale games from MVP to LiveOps
  • Define and optimize core loops, progression systems, and economy
  • Lead A/B testing strategy and translate data into product decisions
  • Leverage AI Analytics tools to extract data insights
  • Work closely with design, engineering, art, and UA to ship production-ready titles
  • Ensure every product is built for scalability from day one
  • Act as a product leader across the team, aligning execution and priorities
What You Bring
  • You’ve built and shipped mobile games (casual or hybrid casual)
  • You’ve taken at least one game from early stage to LiveOps or scale
  • Strong understanding of retention, monetization, and game economies
  • You are highly data-driven — you rely on data to make decisions, not opinions
  • You are comfortable working with fast feedback loops, rapid iteration, and continuous experimentation
  • You’re comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and validating them quickly through data
  • You think in systems, not features
  • You can move fast, make decisions, and take ownership without waiting
  • You care about outcomes, not process

Benefits
  • Market competitive, tax-free USD salaries
  • Paid Time Off
  • Performance Bonus
  • Annual Performance Reviews
