About Lawhive

Our mission is to make the law accessible to everyone.

Lawhive is a regulated law firm with an AI-native platform built to amplify expertise and revolutionise the way people practice law, leading to exceptional outcomes for clients and lawyers.

Lawhive Labs is how we bring this vision to life. It's our frontier lab that combines top engineering, design, AI and legal talent from around the world, joining forces to build the future of law.

We’re backed by top-tier investors, including Google Ventures, Balderton Capital and TQ Ventures, and in early 2026, we secured $60M Series B funding round to facilitate international expansion and to grow our team.

We’re headquartered in London and in 2025 successfully launched in the US…and we’re just getting started.

  • Ship daily - We’re building and releasing features fast, going from idea to production in hours rather than weeks.

  • Empathise with users - Lawyers and legal clients have unique perspectives, preferences and expectations. We build products which understand them deeply.

  • Strive for excellence - We’re ambitious and moving fast. The whole business is pushing to be a category defining legal tech company.

  • Constantly learning and experimenting - We’re at the cutting edge of using AI to directly improves people’s lives. We take a blue-sky but pragmatic approach to how we apply new technologies.

The Role

As Product Manager, US Market, you will be the dedicated voice of the US user in the room. While you will initially focus on critical growth and marketplace needs, such as optimising our US partnerships and lead capabilities, your remit is much broader.

You will bridge the geographical divide between our UK-based engineering/AI functions and our primary commercial market. You will represent all US user groups, from attorneys and back-office staff to client leads, ensuring their needs are reflected in product decisions across the company.

  • Act as the primary bridge between US commercial interests and London-based Product/AI teams.

  • Drive the understanding of US legal workflows into our Lawrence AI engine.

  • Work closely with engineers to translate US requirements into high-fidelity products, moving beyond spoon-fed specs to deep product discovery.

  • Initially stabilise and scale the US marketplace channels before expanding into a long-term US product strategy.

  • Work with the leadership team on product strategy, vision, priorities and roadmap across the entire business.

  • Running regular product meetings: customer interviews, feedback synthesis, prioritisation workshops, product launches, retrospectives, etc.

  • Create and maintain processes for continuous customer feedback and discovery, and speak to users regularly.

  • Using data and product analytics tools to communicate and inform product decisions.

What You'll Bring
  • Technical product mindset. You don’t need to write code, but you are comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding complex technical systems.

  • Experience building products for the US market, or working in organisations where the US was the primary customer base.

  • A track record of delivering high-impact products in fast-moving environments.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Deep understanding of modern product development practices.

  • Experience leading product discovery and delivery end-to-end alongside engineers and designers.
