Purpose of the role
Johnson & Johnson’s Immunology franchise is seeking a Senior Product Manager (SPM) to drive the launch of a new treatment for people living with psoriasis. Reporting to the Commercial Director of Immunology, this role will be based in the J&J High Wycombe office.
What to expect:
As Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing to market a new treatment for psoriasis, helping to improving patient outcomes and advancing Johnson & Johnson’s commitment to innovative healthcare.
You will lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic marketing initiatives, and foster collaboration with our colleagues in EMEA to ensure a successful product launch. You will be making a difference in improving patients’ health and quality of life and achieving profitable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
· Lead the Core Value Team (CVT) in developing and executing brand strategies for key customers.
· Create and deliver comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice.
· Oversee the team’s budget and ensure alignment with tactical plans.
Collaboration & Partnerships
· Collaborate with above-country colleagues to share ideas and solve challenges.
· Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and customer-facing colleagues to gain insights into the UK healthcare environment.
Analysis & Performance
· Track and evaluate brand performance, adapting strategies to achieve shared objectives.
· Work closely with Business Intelligence to maintain accurate forecasts and contribute to business planning cycles.
· Monitor market trends and recommend actions to address emerging issues.
Who will you be working with:
You will report directly to the Commercial Director of Immunology and collaborate with a talented team of Senior Product Managers, the Head of Commercial Operations, Head of Market Access, and Medical Lead. In addition, you’ll provide matrix leadership to the cross-functional core value team, driving launch readiness and executional excellence whilst collaborating closely with field teams.

We are looking for candidates who bring:
Experience & Knowledge:
· Background in immunology or specialist care settings
· Deep understanding of the UK healthcare landscape
· At least 5 years in commercial pharmaceutical roles, including marketing
· Demonstrated expertise with the ABPI code of practice

· Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
· Proven project management skills
· Effective collaboration across all organisational levels
· Customer-centric mindset and external focus
· Accountability and excellence in execution
· Leadership without direct-line authority
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
