We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the delivery, development, and continuous improvement of products, working closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams. You will help ensure that product initiatives meet customer needs and contribute to business goals. 

 

 Responsibilities:    

  • Contribute to defining product requirements and feature specifications. 
  • Help define, track, and report key KPIs to ensure product progress and value delivery. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to support successful product development. 
  • Ensure product features are intuitive, technically feasible, and aligned with user needs. 
  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing product strategies. 
  • Advocate for user needs and help articulate product problems and solutions. 
  • Participate in product discovery, validation, and market research. 
  • Present new features and updates to stakeholders when needed. 
  • Provide input for PRDs or feature documentation with clear priorities. 
  • Monitor the market and assist in competitive analysis for improvement opportunities. 
  • Help ensure sprint goals are well-defined and aligned with team capacity. 
  • Support product lifecycle activities from planning to release. 

 

Qualifications:    

  • 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager or relevant position. 
  • Technical background or demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams (e.g., understanding of APIs, system architecture basics, data flows). 
  • Experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, lending, or other regulated industries is a strong plus. 
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle, requirements gathering, and analytics. 
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, Operations). 
  • Ability to translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product specifications. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and KPIs. 
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. 
  • English proficiency (written and verbal). 

 

 

Working Hours and Terms 

 

Working Hours: from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. accordingly. 

Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 working days). 

Hybrid Schedule52 days per year, equivalent to one remote workday per week.
