As a Solution Owner, you will be on the front lines of delivery, leading complex work focused on impactful business outcomes for our key clients. In this role, you will be a day-to-day delivery leader embedded with our highly skilled teams of experts, engaging with clients to partner on prioritization, backlog management, and planning, and accountable for successful project & program management. Our Solution Owners are specialized generalists, able to flex into new roles as required, and always acquiring new skills.

You may come from an engineering, design, or project management background and will most certainly leverage the special skills & experiences you’ve acquired throughout your career. A firm understanding and appreciation for consultative selling, account planning, and alliance partnerships is a huge plus, as are certifications from partners such as AWS, GCP, and Microsoft.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead complex delivery projects internally and/or on client engagements across all industries & verticals in a hands-on role.
- Define and work within an agile framework, including estimation, facilitating backlog. refinement, agile ceremonies, partnering with product owners, and demonstrations.
- Lead short-term discovery teams to help clients solidify their vision, create a plan to pull the future forward, and align technical resources to ensure a viable & desirable outcome during longer-length delivery & iterative development.
- Be an advocate for change, embracing evolving requirements as new information is obtained and leveraging empirical process control to incorporate knowledge into working product increments.
- Serve as the pivot between business & technical teams, aligning on timelines, approaches, and outcomes while helping translate between these domains.
- Be the functional and subject matter expert for the solution being delivered and owning the outcome.
- Be a little bit good at a lot of things, and wear many hats, including quality assurance, business analyst, product owner, scrum master as the situation warrants, sometimes more than one at once. IE- lead with a consulting mindset, a humble curiosity, and a servant-leader approach to the team and your client.
- Be the first point of escalation for team & client stakeholder concerns, identifying risks, creating mitigation plans, and resolving issues to remove roadblocks.
- Be the liaison with the Client Partner and Accountable Executive, keeping all internal & client stakeholders informed and aligned on project status, delivery updates, risks, issues, and communications.
- Prepare & delivery client presentations, including discovery readouts, delivery plans, prototypes, POCs, and after-action reports.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, agile project delivery, or consulting.
- A deep understanding of and hands-on experience with multiple agile methodologies, delivery frameworks, and project management tools.
- Experience in playing product management or ownership roles, or tight direct involvement in product definition
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent listening skills, executive presence, and an ability to lead with empathy, putting people first.
- Solid understanding of budget & contract management, including burn rates, forecasts, and contractual engagement models (T&M, fixed capacity, fixed fee, etc).
- Technical acumen, with a solid track record supporting customer data & analytics, cloud partner ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) strongly preferred.
- Experience in leading AI/ML centric solutions would be a plus.
- Experience in management workflows automation and AI-powered facilitation would be a plus.
- A skill for 'seeing around corners' and helping align delivery, practice, and regional leadership on proactive risk mitigation.
