We are looking for a forward-thinking senior product marketing manager to lead planning & performance. We need someone who thrives in ambiguous and complex environments and excels in stakeholder management. This person will play a critical role in the energy transition, creating value for customers and society through decarbonization and energy efficiency.
This role will own day-to-day operations and strategic planning for the Go to Market (GTM) function as well as overseeing performance across GTM and aligning teams on shared goals.
We are looking for a candidate who brings expertise, versatility, and an enthusiasm for getting into the details. This leader has proven success in building, coaching and leading distributed sales and marketing teams in a cross functional, dynamic environment.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Develop and execute the GTM strategy and operations plan, aligning with company objectives and partnering closely with GTM leadership.

Lead goal setting and OKR processes, ensuring data accuracy across all GTM systems and tools.

Drive agile project delivery, support resource planning, and promote metrics-driven decision-making across teams.

Design and embed scalable GTM processes, including innovation trials and continuous improvement initiatives.

Create and maintain GTM best practices, deliver training, and ensure team proficiency in agile principles and operating models.

Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives, analyse performance data, and deliver strategic insights to inform leadership decisions.

Track record of cross-functional collaboration to drive results, especially being able to influence stakeholders and rally individuals around shared goals.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Extensive experience using Asana or equivalent planning tools, Jira, Confluence, Miro. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programmes.

Experience of working across matrix organisations to influence VP/Director level stakeholders.

Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to manipulate and analyse data

Experience in business development and end to end go to market strategies

Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
