The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Unity Grow team in Helsinki or London. You will be working on Financial Experience as part of the Central Dashboard team, responsible for helping unify the dashboard experience across multiple products. You will do this by building relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders to understand the customer needs.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the user experience of our developers. You will also have exposure to all aspects of product management from research to road mapping. We value prior experience in software engineering, analytics, and product management in a fast-paced environment, but are genuinely interested in passionate people above all! You will also emphasize your communication and interpersonal skills, partnering closely with our team of product designers and engineers to drive a vision to reality.

What you'll be doing

  • Product Ownership & Strategy - Own the development and optimization of Financial Controls for the Unity Ads (Grow) Business, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle to deliver robust, user-centric financial tools. Align product strategy with Unity’s goals, ensuring Financial Hub solutions are reliable, scalable, and valuable to both internal and external users.
  • Feature Prioritization & Stakeholder Collaboration - Gather, prioritize, and document feature requests from finance teams, business partners, and clients, maintaining a well-organized backlog. Partner with engineering and support teams to address stakeholder needs, balancing technical feasibility with business impact.
  • Business Case Development & Data-Driven Insights - Develop business cases for new initiatives, leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities and drive informed decisions. Present metrics and forecasts to senior leaders, supporting strategic investments and enhancements within the Financial Hub.
  • Performance Optimization & Innovation - Continuously improve our Financial Control’s capabilities, working with engineering to optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration with 3rd party financial services. Introduce new features and, develop a vision for the future of the Finance Hub through customer feedback and interviews .
  • Cross-Functional Alignment - Collaborate across teams—including finance, design, analytics, and customer success—to align the Financial Hub with Unity’s overall product strategy. Act as the key liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on product goals.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience working as a UX product manager, UX developer, or data driven-product manager
  • Deep understanding of financial tools related but not limited to prepayments and payouts of advertiser budgets and earnings to customers, invoices and tax needs for a global business and internal finance team tooling to facilitate end of month billing.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile advertising technology, how it works, who the players are, the trends, the customers and their requirements, the solutions available, and future opportunities that lie ahead
  • Ability to effectively communicate and discuss technical requirements to engineers, other product managers, and commercial leadership
  • Comfort in presenting your strategy and goals with partners, internal teams, and company leadership
  • Able to work cross-functionally to drive alignment and outcomes on complex projects that span multiple teams and geos

You might also have
