About the Role

As a Bullhorn Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering key product features. You will work closely with customers, product & development leaders and scrum teams to provide direction, guidance and support. The role requires in-depth product knowledge and an understanding of workflow and feature relationship. For this position, experience with and knowledge of Salesforce is essential

Significant, high-profile customers are expected to be part of the strategic thinking demonstrated by this individual. Engaging with these customers will also play a role in the success of the individual and the product.

 As a Senior Product Manager, a typical day might include:

  • Reviewing and curating input from customers, prospects, internal stakeholders, the competitive landscape in relation to existing features and functionality and gaps.

  • Engaging with customers at a strategic level to understand their initiatives and how our existing products support their goals.

  • Articulating and generate both the short and the long-term vision for a feature set and defining key results for the organization to rally around.

  • Collaborating with Technical Product Management, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to resolve issues during both design and implementation.

  • Participating in discovery calls with users to validate the UX for a new feature or offering.

  • Writing excellent product pitches that capture the strategy, rationale, and approach all while grounding decisions with supporting evidence and data. 

  • Writing release documentation & training cross functional teams on new product enablement.

  • You enjoy owning development projects from start to finish – gather requirements, define release plans, build specifications, collaborate with Development and QA, manage internal/external communication.

  • You like to work closely with internal audiences (product marketing, sales, support, services) to articulate product progress, benefits and roadmap.

  • You are a self-starter and accountable – you dive in and ask questions, you hit your deadlines and you communicate.

  • You are a team player – you embrace working in a culture where priorities shift and where you will wear multiple hats.

  • You are comfortable working with remote teams for engineering and favor direct, low-context communication

  • You’ve got a growth-mindset and are constantly looking for feedback and ways to improve.

 

Bonus points for:

  • Significant understanding of time and expenses processing, invoicing, payroll and general ledger experience.

  • Domain knowledge of the staffing industry, especially healthcare. 

  • Experience working in a SaaS-based organization.

  • An undergraduate technical degree (Extra bonus points for an MBA!)

  • German and/or French and/or Spanish language skills.
