Role focus

Lead the transformation of workflow engines with a bias toward action, driving immediate results through:

  • Rapid delivery of solutions: Prioritizing speed without compromising impact, prototyping and iterating with agility.
  • Startup-style disruption: Questioning the status quo, bringing fresh ideas, and executing scalable solutions.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, delivering complex product solutions with startup speed and agility. You deliver meaningful outcomes every week, not every quarter
  • You excel by seeking professional and personal hyper-growth
  • You have a good understanding of business problems, you always link your initiatives to the business needs
  • You know that reaching feature-parity is not the key to success
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or scaling environment is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for seamless global communication.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow engines or similar tools, leveraging automation and integrations to optimize processes is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand customer needs and advocate for future customers.
  • Create and bring to life Strategy and Vision for Workflow Engines team.
  • Collaborate with and inspire Engineering, Data, UX, and other teams to create compelling technical patterns, design systems, and shared features.
  • Continuously build trust and improve the team and product.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
  • Question existing processes and introduce disruptive ideas that challenge the status quo.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. To make sure our pay is fair and competitive in different locations, we use geographic pay ranges as part of our global pay plan. Geo pay ranges are a way of setting salaries based on the cost of labour in different locations. This means salary ranges will be different depending on where you are based.

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $54,900 - $123,550 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. Please note that the actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location (geo ranges), transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
