About LoopMe

LoopMe is an AI company solving one of advertising's hardest problems: making brand advertising actually measurable — and making it perform. Our platform runs patented machine learning models across billions of consumer signals in real time, optimising campaigns toward outcomes like purchase intent, brand lift, and foot traffic rather than proxy metrics like clicks. The result is 2–5x better performance than industry benchmarks, at scale.

We operate a high-load programmatic infrastructure — processing millions of ad requests per second with sub-200ms response times globally. This isn't a layer on top of someone else's stack; it's built from the ground up, in-house, by the team you'd be joining. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in London, we now have 400+ people across 19 cities and have sustained 40% revenue CAGR since 2018. The engineering problems here are real, the ownership is genuine, and the scale is significant.

LoopMe's recent acquisition of Chartboost, a leading mobile app monetisation platform, expands our reach in the gaming and mobile app markets — strengthening our ability to drive measurable outcomes for brands and deliver more effective advertising.

The opportunity

You'll own the product strategy and execution for mobile ad format capabilities across the Chartboost Monetization Platform — spanning the Creative Rendering Engine, Native, VAST, and other in-app media features. This role sits within the Product team, based in our Farringdon office, and reports to VP Product Management. You'll work closely with Engineering, Supply, and Commercial teams to ensure every format performs and scales reliably across mobile app supply sources.

What you'll do

  • Lead the product roadmap for the Creative Rendering Engine, driving scalable and performant ad delivery across mobile app environments
  • Own Native and VAST format strategy, ensuring spec compliance, creative flexibility, and supply-side compatibility across mobile partners
  • Analyse the health of ad formats across the platform, identifying what is performing, what is underperforming, and what to prioritise next
  • Define which new ad formats to build within the Chartboost Monetization Platform, working across Product and Engineering stakeholders to align with company goals
  • Partner with Engineering on rendering architecture decisions affecting mobile format scale, latency, and creative fidelity
  • Track mobile format standards — VAST, MRAID, SIMID, OpenRTB — and translate developments into actionable product requirements
  • Define format QA standards, monitor creative rendering health in mobile environments, and triage format-related issues in production

What you'll bring

Essential

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in mobile adtech or in-app advertising
  • Hands-on experience with mobile ad format standards, including VAST, Native, display, interstitial, rewarded, and rich media formats
  • Familiarity with mobile rendering technologies and how ad creatives are served within iOS and Android app environments
  • A working understanding of the mobile programmatic landscape — SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, and SDK-based monetisation
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse format performance and translate findings into prioritised action

Nice to have

  • Experience working with industry bodies such as the IAB to influence or contribute to mobile ad format standardisation
  • Familiarity with agentic AI tools (such as Claude Code or similar) to accelerate product or analytical workflows
  • Experience partnering with third-party DSPs to evangelise new formats and drive spend
What we can offer
  • Bonus
  • Hybrid working; meaning you'll spend 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
  • 25 days annual leave, plus the Bank Holidays
  • 1 month work-from-anywhere
  • Annual Wellness Day
  • Health Shield; a cash-back health plan for things like dental, optical, physio and wellbeing
  • Access to Thrive; accessible mental health support all in one app
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Pension
  • LoopMe Gives Back Day
  • Learning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles
