Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts, handling onboarding, integrations, reporting, and first-line technical issues. Drive upsell/cross-sell, run QBRs, translate performance data into actionable insights, liaise with technical and product teams, and represent LoopMe at industry events to grow partnerships and revenue.

Lead and own LoopMe's AI throttling system and related AI products end-to-end. Manage a team of four data scientists/ML engineers, define roadmap, partner with commercial and operations teams, deploy and monitor production models, measure causal business impact, and maintain technical quality across modelling and systems.

Own end-to-end publisher integrations (SDK, oRTB, VAST, web tags), provide technical account support, troubleshoot integrations, use SQL to surface insights, and coordinate with Product, Supply, and Data Science to improve tooling and processes.

Lead FP&A delivering annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and a five-year plan. Produce monthly management accounts and board-level reporting with variance analysis. Partner with business units and Sales on revenue forecasting and profitability improvements. Drive AI tools adoption in finance, manage and develop three analysts, and present results to CFO, CEO, and board stakeholders.

The Account Manager, SSP Partnerships will manage client relationships in the SSP portfolio, focusing on revenue growth and collaboration with internal teams.
