Own technical integration and day-to-day health of a portfolio of publishers across SDK, oRTB and VAST: onboarding, testing, post-launch troubleshooting, revenue optimisation, monitoring SSP integrations, diagnosing delivery and fraud issues, and documenting runbooks while collaborating with BD, Product and Engineering.

Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts, handling onboarding, integrations, reporting, and first-line technical issues. Drive upsell/cross-sell, run QBRs, translate performance data into actionable insights, liaise with technical and product teams, and represent LoopMe at industry events to grow partnerships and revenue.

Own end-to-end publisher integrations (SDK, oRTB, VAST, web tags), provide technical account support, troubleshoot integrations, use SQL to surface insights, and coordinate with Product, Supply, and Data Science to improve tooling and processes.
